How we’re doing
The OAKS is an Ofsted outstanding provider of initial teacher training, and as such our trainee teachers’ outcomes are extremely positive and above the national averages for the sector. Below is a breakdown of our key performance indicators.

* Trainee outcomes were severely hampered by the lockdown caused by Covid-19. This data is therefore much lower than would be realised if they had completed our programme of training. Trainees only spent four weeks in their final main secondary placement and our placement schools were not recruiting to the same extent as normal. We are very confident that our very high outcomes will bounce back in due course.
