Good luck for Phase 3

May we wish all our trainees the best of luck in starting their Phase 3 placements this morning, with our OAKS Norfolk trainees starting next Monday. Phase 3 is completed in a different school from the one attended in Phases 1 and 2, and provides all of our trainees with a contrasting experience to allow them to develop their practice in a different environment.

We also wish to thank all of our partnership schools for hosting the placements and for their continued support of The OAKS and our trainee teachers.
