OAKS Norfolk virtual school experience
We believe at The OAKS Norfolk you should experience what it’s really like to teach! For those interested in a career in teaching, it is almost impossible to gain school experience in the current climate, so we are hosting a virtual school experience day to try and provide some of this opportunity to anyone interested in a career in teaching.

- About The OAKS Norfolk
- Experiences of a trainee and ECT Q&A
- Lesson observations – virtually observe three separate secondary lessons with opportunities to discuss what was observed
- What makes a great teacher? Hear directly from students and current teachers about what makes a highly effective teacher
- Application advice – what are we looking for in applicants and how can you best prepare for the application, interview and training year?
