Good Luck on our Trainees First Day in School

May we wish all of our trainees the best of luck in starting their first placement school this morning. This is the first main placement and naturally there is a mixture of excitement and nerves.

We also wish to thank all of our partnership schools for hosting them and for their continued support of The OAKS and our trainee teachers. Our OPTs (OAKS personal tutors) will visit you all within the next couple of weeks, either virtually or in person.

We would also like to say a huge thank you to our director, Rob Tweats, and senior administrator, Kirsty Pickin, have worked tirelessly to organise these over the last few weeks.
